We will be going on the road this year offering Carême cooking classes in all states for 2012, please see below for Adelaide, Barossa, Sydney & Canberra dates. Dates for classes in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth & Hobart still to be announced.

Barossa Valley - Carême Pastry Kitchen, Tanunda
We offer small intimate classes at our Pastry Kitchen in the Barossa. Presented by William, chef and owner of Carême, you will learn the finer points on cooking with pastry, providing you with simple tips and techniques to give you the confidence to produce beautiful pastry dishes at home. Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants. They include tastings of dishes prepared, recipes to take home and a complimentary packet of Carême pastry of your choice.
