Uses

You will discover from our recipes that you can prepare delectable, simple dishes in no time. One of our favourite ways to enjoy puff pastry is in the form of a galette; a pizza like free form tart. Simple and quick to prepare, you can top with a variety of sweet or savoury ingredients.
